Governance, Transparency and Accountability
Responsible Stewardship of Public Trust
ECDIC recognizes that transparency and accountability are fundamental to effective development cooperation. As a trusted civil society organization, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of governance, ethical conduct, financial management, and institutional integrity.
Our organization is governed by an independent Board of Directors that provides strategic leadership, policy guidance, and oversight while ensuring compliance with national laws and international standards of good governance. Daily operations are led by an experienced Executive Director supported by qualified program, finance, monitoring and evaluation, and administrative staff.
